How to Book an Appointment with Mind Body & Soul Medical

Cancelation Policy

  • Cancelations or changes to your appointment must occur at least 24 hours before your scheduled time
  • Failure to notify us of cancelation or rescheduling requests within 24 hours will result in a cancelation fee
  • For no-shows, a minimum fee of 25% of the services booked will be charged to the credit card on file at the end of the business day

Am I allowed to come in and pick up the good vibes if I’m feeling down?

Yes, please do! Many patients tell us each day that the energy within our space is high vibrational and healing, one of the greatest compliments we could ever receive.

What if I don’t love my results?

If you’re not absolutely in love with your results, please let us know right away! We would always rather you tell us so that we can address and fix any issues than have you feeling stressed or unhappy.
